Best Western Downtown Casper Hotel

Just wanted to say that after a very hard time and a difficult ordeal I had to find a place for my grandparents to stay while a loved one was flown to wyoming medical center. Martin was super helpful and was a blessing to my grandparents he really made sure they were well taken care of. Without me asking he made sure they had a 1st level room with parking right out they're door. He went above and beyond and deserves all the praise.my grandparents had a good stay even under the circumstances and they said they would definitely stay again

This is a nice Best Western. It has friendly staff, is decorated beautifully, has a good free breakfast, and the rooms are comfortable. There's plenty of space outside to walk your dog. I'll stay here again!!

Location of as prime for a person traveling through- easy on and off highway. The breakfast was second to none for a hotel of this caliber. REAL FRIED EGGS and all the other fixin’s - delicious. (The hotel is attached to the restaurant - therefore excellent food, real (not plastic) silverware and dishes - nice!!) Friendly staff. Very nice place. We took a business card and will put it in the file— certainly stay here again.

I cannot recommend the Casper Best Western enough! We decided to host our wedding reception with them and it was absolutely amazing. Brooke and the entire sales department went above and beyond to make the whole experience seamless and special for us, not only reducing our stress but actually making planning that part of our wedding enjoyable. The pricing was reasonable and for hosting with them, they even threw in a complementary honeymoon suite for us! I truly cannot thank the folks here enough. Thank you for making my wedding weekend so special!

We loved the staff at this hotel. We needed a main floor room and to eat. We were very well treated and the restaurant had great food. Even though it was late and almost closing time. To the motel staff who gave us a room on the main floor to the waitress. Thank you for caring! We were so tired after 13 hours of driving. You truly cared and made us comfortable. We will come back the next time we are coming through.

This was so refreshing after a completely disappointing hilton experience yesterday. The room was wonderful and reasonably priced and also includes FREE breakfast! The amenities were awesome, staff friendly and helpful, and the breakfast staff ladies were amazing!!! I only want to stay at Best Western now!

Overall this is a great hotel for the price and I would stay here again! I was in an apparent hallway that was the end of the line for the water pipes, so my first shower was cold. The front desk informed me that the water just takes awhile to warm up where my room was at and to let it run awhile before getting in. They were right and once I let the water run I did start having nice hot showers. I do think it would have been nice if a note was left in the room or that was communicated from the start. Just telling people so they don't get caught off guard or stuck in cold showers would have been nice. Otherwise, room was clean, AC worked very well, staff was overall friendly, and the price was great!!!

Boyfriend and I were coming through town for a conference and stayed here. We got a king suite and it was SOOOOO big and the bed was insanely comfy. We didn’t get to use the pool but it looked nice. Staff was also really friendly and cool. My only complaint is that we requested a whirlpool room and didn’t get it after being told we. Could :/ I was excited for bath tub time but didn’t get any. I still gave the stay 5 stars because the hotel was cool and clean and nice. Would love to stay in a whirlpool room soon though :(
